Giving forms, built into your own website.

Designed around your mission, running on your own payment accounts. No platform in the middle, no percentage of your gifts, nothing to lock you in.

Three example designs, each made for one organization.

No platform in the middle.

Most donation platforms sit between you and your donors and take a share of every gift. We build the form into your own website instead, so each gift goes from your donor to your own payment account.

Where a gift goes. Through a donation platform: donor, then the platform, which takes a share and keeps the record, then your organization. With a form we build: donor, then your website, then your own payment account, less only the payment processor's fee.

Your form, your accounts, your donors.

  • On your site, on your accounts.

The form lives on your website, and gifts go to your own payment account. Nothing ties back to us. Monthly donors sit in your own account too, so there is never a platform to move them off.

  • No percentage of your gifts.

Only your payment processor's own fees apply to each gift. Our work is one project, quoted in writing before you start, with optional support after.

  • Designed around how your donors give.

Your brand, funds, amounts and impact lines, with monthly giving, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and other currencies.

Built on what you already use.

The kind of website you have decides which version we build. Both carry your design and send gifts to your own account.

Donors pay inside your page

The full form, for most WordPress sites and standard web hosting.

  • Donors pay without leaving your site
  • Payment through your own Stripe account, or another processor we build it for
  • Any amount, one-time or monthly
  • Optional fee cover

Donors pay on your processor’s secure page

For Wix, Squarespace and other website builders.

  • Your designed form on your site
  • Each amount opens your processor's secure payment page
  • Stripe, or your current processor's payment links
  • Set amounts, one-time or monthly; fee cover needs the full form

Paid in the form through your Stripe account today: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link. Or another processor we build it for, or your processor's payment links. Availability depends on location.

What the giving form does.

Each form is designed for your organization from these parts. Six of them work when donors pay inside your page.

Point at a feature to see it on the form.

  • Your logo, colors and fonts
  • One-time and monthly giving
  • Funds and designations
  • Suggested amounts with impact lines
  • Seven currencies

When donors pay inside your page, not on a separate payment page

  • Any monthly amount
  • Optional fee cover
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link
  • Asks one-time donors to make it monthly
  • Asks donors if they’d like email updates
  • A floating Donate button that opens the formAdds a Donate button at the bottom right of the screen.

What a share of every gift adds up to.

Many platforms take about 3% of every gift, on top of card processing. A form we build adds no platform fee, so only your processor's fees apply.

Raised online each year

At $500,000 raised a year, a 3% platform fee is $15,000 A form we build: $0 platform fee. Our work is one quoted project.

Your own form
$12,500Stripe 2.2% + 30¢ only.
No platform fee, nothing to us.

2.2% + 30¢ is Stripe's discounted card rate for eligible nonprofits, which you apply for on your own Stripe account. Stripe's standard rate is 2.9% + 30¢.

Zeffy, and Givebutter with tips on, charge the nonprofit nothing. Their costs are covered by a tip your donors are asked to add at checkout.* A form we build never asks donors for a tip.

*By Zeffy's own figures, about 2 in 3 donors leave a tip.

How these numbers are calculated

Totals use Stripe's nonprofit card rate (2.2% + 30¢), which eligible nonprofits can apply for on their own Stripe account; eligibility is decided by Stripe. Donorbox is shown on its free Standard plan for donation forms (2.95%); its Pro plan is 1.75% plus $150 a month. Givebutter is shown with tips off, when it charges 3% and processes cards at 2.9% + 30¢. Fundraise Up no longer lists a fee rate on its pricing page, so it is not shown. At Stripe's standard rate (2.9% + 30¢) the rates are about 5.9%, 5.85% and 2.9%. The yearly figures assume a $100 average gift; your own mix of gifts will change the dollars, not the order. A form we build is one project, quoted separately, and is not in these totals. Figures reflect each provider's published pricing as of October 2026 and may change.

How it works.

One project, quoted in writing before you start.

  1. Map

45 minutes on how you take gifts today and where the form will live.

  2. Design

Your form in your brand, with the amounts, funds and words that fit your donors.

  3. Build

We put it into your website with you or your web designer, and test it before the first gift.

  4. Improve

It keeps running on your site. Support and changes are there for as long as they help.

The work around the form.

Processly can set these up around your form.

Example: a gift from your form, matched to one donor record, receipted, and logged in your books.

  • Donor data: every gift matched to one donor record, in your own database.
  • Receipts: tax receipts and year-end statements, sent from your donor records.
  • Accounting: gifts logged in your books without anyone copying them by hand.
  • The CRM you already use: connected where it accepts outside gifts.

How we work with nonprofits

From about 7% to 2.2%

One nonprofit went from about 7% in total fees per online gift to 2.2%. The work went beyond the form: three payment channels joined in one system, a better-fit CRM and automatic receipts.

Questions nonprofits ask.

Do you take a percentage of our gifts?

No. Gifts go to your own account, and the only per-gift fees are your payment processor's, such as Stripe's card fee. Our work is one project, quoted in writing.

How is it priced?

Per project. After the call you get a written quote for the design and build, so you know the full price before you start. Support after launch is optional.

Which payment processors does it work with?

Whichever you use. Inside the form, gifts are paid today through your own Stripe account: cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link. Any processor can be used through its own secure payment page. For another processor inside the form, we can build on its payment API, where it has one. If you take PayPal, the form can link to your own PayPal page.

What kind of website do we need?

Most WordPress sites and standard web hosting can run the full form inside the page, with fee cover and monthly gifts of any amount.

On Wix, Squarespace and other website builders, your designed form sits on your site and each amount opens your processor's secure page, with set amounts and no fee cover. For more, we look at what your builder allows and what we can build on top of it.

Where does donor data live?

In your own accounts. Each gift and the donor's details are recorded with your own payment processor. We do not hold a copy.

What if we change web designers, or stop working with you?

The form keeps running on your site. You can keep using and changing it for as long as you like, and your next web designer can work on it.

What happens to our monthly donors if we change forms later?

Monthly gifts are set up in your own payment account, whichever version you use, so your monthly donors stay with you if you ever change forms.

Does it send receipts?

Stripe can email each donor a receipt once you turn receipts on in your Stripe account; other processors have their own receipt settings. Tax receipts and year-end statements are a service we can build around your donor records.

Can the form connect to the CRM or donation platform we already use?

Often, yes, where it accepts outside gifts. We connect the form so each gift lands in the records you already keep. It is a service we build around the form, and we check what yours allows on the first call.

What about free platforms?

Some platforms charge you nothing and ask each donor to add a tip for the platform at checkout. That can suit a small organization. The cost moves to your donors, and the platform still sits between you and them. A form we build never asks for a tip.

Can we change it later?

Yes. Your web designer can work on it, or we can make the change for you, as part of optional support or as a quoted job.
